The Police Department includes sixteen sworn police officers, (including the Chief of Police and a full-time investigator), four dispatchers and three part-time dispatchers. The combined service time to the City of Belle Meade by members of the Department exceed 200 years! Each Belle Meade police officer exceeds the professional standards required by the State of Tennessee for police officers.
