City Court The City Court of Belle Meade is presided over by Judge William L Brooks. The City Court hears cases concerning traffic violations and violations of other Belle Meade ordinances committed within the City of Belle Meade. Court is held on Wednesday and Thursday once a month at 8:30 AM in the court room located at 4705 Harding Road. Belle Meade holds a First Offense Driving School for people who are ordered by the Judge to attend. The school is held one Thursday a month at 5:45 PM. This driving school is also located in the court room located at 4705 Harding Road. Dianne Borum, Belle Meade Court Clerk, handles administrative responsibilities concerning the operation of the Belle Meade City Court. The City Judge can be contacted through her office. The office hours of the City Court Clerk are Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. The Belle Meade City Court Clerk’s office is located at 4705 Harding Road.
